Meet Sherry & Doug!

✨ We created the entire experience of getting married on a farm… just for you.

🐄 A 1950’s dairy barn, reimagined as a Minnesota wedding venue.
With our kids grown and moving into their own lives, we decided it was time to start a new chapter of our own.

At first, a barn wedding venue wasn’t on our list. But the what ifs and why nots kept pulling us forward. We opened our minds to adventure and allowed ourselves to dream big—something we always encouraged our kids to do, but often held back from ourselves.

💭 We gave ourselves permission to dream without limits.
💪 We faced setbacks with resilience, kept the big picture in front of us, and discovered ideas we didn’t even know we had.
💐 And along the way, we listened to you—your stories, your vision, your dreams—so we could create a place where your best day ever could come to life.

It’s been a rollercoaster 🎢 (we could have stayed safe on the carousel, but instead we bought the ticket for a wild ride). On Valentine’s Day 2020, we signed the purchase agreement and never looked back. ♥️

Because we want our couples and their guests to have the very best experience,

we do require a day-of coordinator (a pro is recommended) to keep your day running smoothly!

Your DOC can execute all of your carefully planned details, as well as work closely with our venue staff and your vendors to ensure your day is the best it can be.
